Royal Garden Hotel 27 July - 4 August 2012

Times Media Group has been hosting meetings and conferences since 2007. The company has an established base at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington, London, which it uses to further the corporate goals and objectives of its customers. Customers of Europe Review are able to access more value adding services to build their business and client database. This is achieved through Europe Review Business Opportunity Centre which will be held over 2 days during July in London.
Business Sectors
The Business opportunity meeting that will be hosted during July 2012 offer companies an additional platform to build upon their messages and images inside the Olympic Edition of Europe Review. The Meeting provides sponsors in the fields of:
Investment Banking and Finance,
Legal Consultants,
Green Energy Consultancy and Advice

Businesses are offered a first class opportunity to target businesses and organizations that match their marketing plans and bring them into their client portfolios.
Europe Review client portfolio and subscriber bases are populated by businesses and governments with new business plans and ongoing projects requiring corporate finance, legal consultancy, and or energy advice or consultancy. They are eager to meet other businesses with the services and resources they are in need of to meet their corporate goals.  Our clients are keen to register and attend meetings for one to one sessions with consultants seeking new business relations and partnerships.

How does it Work?
Business sponsors are able to purchase space inside the Business Opportunity Centre and source new delegate customers in attendance for one to one sessions with sponsors.  All delegates are required to complete a registration and application forms with information about their business profiles, project needs and resources. The sponsors and delegates details would also be included inside the Meeting Program in the Europe Review which is the official sponsor of the program. This ensures that other subscribers and businesses outside the meetings have access to the sponsors services and resources and access to the sponsor via their contact details or through Europe Review.

Delegates

Delegates with new or existing project requiring corporate finance, legal consultancy or Energy Advice Consultancy, can register to attend meetings for one to one sessions with experts in their chosen field. Delegates are required to complete an application form adding their business profile, project data, and business need. This would be included inside the Meeting Program in Europe Review which is the official sponsor of the program. Benefits in addition to one-to-one sessions with commissioned experts include access to other experts and delegates in attendance through Europe Review, which enhances clients’ profiles and positions them for prospective match making opportunities. Delegates are invited to register their interest if they could benefit now or in the future?

Lead Generation and Qualification Process
Europe Review will provide sponsors with its established database and delegate list prior to the Meeting, and Sponsors are required to provide Europe Review with names from the list of prospects they would like to engage during the Meeting. Europe Review will then establish the need for delegates to meet sponsors and commitments to one-on-one meetings. A meeting itinerary and profiles of delegates and their business needs will be defined and forwarded to sponsors before the meeting to facilitate preparations and business relations

One-on-One Meetings
Delegates comprising of CEOs, Chief Buyers, Planners, CFOs, Planners, Purchasing Directors, and Managing Directors will be introduced to sponsors during meetings by their Account Manager, organized by Europe Review. Sponsors can register a maximum of two senior representatives to access the Meeting platform and engage delegates

Duration
Sponsors are able to have one-on-one meetings over one or two days. The two day option provides for greater duration for deeper and more meaningful engagement with delegates. Your Account Manager who is responsible for personal introductions to delegates will manage the sessions to get maximum value for both parties. Sponsors should however be aware that a Networking Cocktail party will be hosted at the end of the event on the second day.

Network Cocktail
The Network Cocktail party is designed to bring delegates and sponsors together and tighten the bonds between them before departure which works to ensure that agreements made during the meetings are of substance and are sustainable. It also increases the expectation and motivation of all parties leading into strong partnerships and collaborations.
